Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of any personal information Anekant AI holds about you. We will process verified requests within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, tax and accounting records).

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to ketul.shah@anekantai.com from the email address or referencing the WhatsApp number associated with your data.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the phone number, email, or account identifier you want deleted, and any context that helps us identify the records.

What gets deleted

• Your conversation history and any session state stored by our automation.
• Generated media and uploaded files associated with your account.
• Profile information you provided.

What may be retained

• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, GST invoices) for the statutory retention period.
• Aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
